By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Website.

2. Scope and acceptance of these terms

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Website, including individuals who browse the Website, submit inquiries, or engage with any content, regardless of whether they complete a booking or rental.

By accessing or using the Website in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

3. Description of services

Travelscowt operates as a timeshare rental broker. We connect timeshare owners with renters and assist with the coordination of rental arrangements for vacation accommodations, with a primary focus on Marriott timeshare properties.

We do not own, operate, or manage the timeshare properties listed or referenced through the Website. All accommodations are owned or controlled by third parties, such as individual timeshare owners or resort operators.

4. No user accounts

At this time, the Website does not provide user account registration or login functionality. Users may contact us through forms or email to inquire about availability, rentals, or other services.

5. User responsibilities

By using the Website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting any inquiry or communication.
  • Use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, server, or network.
  • Not copy, distribute, modify, or use Website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
  • Not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or interfere with any other party’s use of the Website.

Any misuse of the Website may result in restricted access and, where appropriate, legal action.

6. Bookings, payments, and our role

Bookings are coordinated directly between the renter and Travelscowt, acting as a broker.

A. Payment methods

Currently, payments are handled outside of the Website via:

  • PayPal
  • Venmo (in some cases)

We do not collect payment card details or process electronic payments directly on the Website.

B. No service fees or commissions to the renter

Travelscowt does not charge additional service fees or commissions to renters beyond the agreed rental price for the timeshare stay.

C. No refund / no cancellation policy

All confirmed bookings are final. We operate on a no refund, no cancellation basis. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, you are not entitled to a refund or the right to cancel or reschedule, except where required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing by Travelscowt.

We strongly recommend that renters purchase trip cancellation or travel insurance from a reputable provider to protect against unexpected changes in travel plans.

7. Timeshare listings and availability

Travelscowt verifies listings based on information provided by timeshare owners and resort partners to the best of our ability. However, availability and conditions are ultimately controlled by third parties, not by Travelscowt.

If a renter encounters issues such as property unavailability or changes made by the resort or owner, we will communicate with the parties involved and make reasonable efforts to help rectify the situation. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or alternative accommodations.

8. No insurance or guarantees

Travelscowt does not provide any form of insurance coverage, including trip cancellation, medical, or property insurance. References to or recommendations for travel or trip cancellation insurance are informational only and do not constitute endorsements or guarantees.

We do not guarantee:

  • Availability of specific dates, units, or properties.
  • Quality, safety, or suitability of accommodations.
  • Compliance of third-party properties with local regulations.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Travelscowt and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from the Website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use that complies with these Terms.

10. Third-party websites and content

The Website may contain links or references to third-party websites, services, or resources, including resort sites, travel resources, payment services (PayPal, Venmo), or owner-provided materials.

We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party websites, content, products, or services. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website and all information, content, and services made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travelscowt disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Without limiting the foregoing, Travelscowt does not warrant that:

  • The Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Website content is accurate, complete, or up-to-date at all times.
  • Any particular property, listing, or date will remain available.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travelscowt, its members, managers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Website.
  • Any booking, rental, or travel arrangements made through or in connection with Travelscowt.
  • Any acts, errors, or omissions of third parties, including timeshare owners, resorts, or service providers.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by third parties, including listing details or resort information.
  • Misinterpretation of services, misunderstandings regarding property features or amenities, or changes made by third-party property owners or operators.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be limited to the amount, if any, paid by you directly to Travelscowt for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Travelscowt, its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Website.
  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Any dispute between you and a timeshare owner, resort, or other third party related to a booking or stay.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in or serving Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Website after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Website.
