Yes. Many owners allow last-minute bookings. Availability varies by property, so check the calendar on the listing or reach out to the owner.

No. The villa and property amenities are maintained and managed by the home resort. Please contact the resort’s guest services for any in-stay needs.

Units are assigned by the resort. Owners are guaranteed a unit size and view category, not a specific unit. All villas offer the same layout, decor, and amenities. We’re happy to relay floor or building preferences to the resort, but they cannot be guaranteed.

Holiday & high-demand weeks: Full payment is typically required

Standard bookings: 50% deposit is common for reservations made 8+ months in advance

Once your payment is received, we fund the owner. Then, a resort-issued guest confirmation is emailed to you.

Family pets are not permitted. Service animals that perform specific tasks for a guest with a disability are welcome.
