Where you’ll stay in Utah

Marriott’s MountainSide is at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, with ski-in, ski-out access and Park City Sport’s rentals beside the slopes. It has a heated outdoor pool, whirlpool spas, a fire pit, a sauna and a steam room. Villas have gas fireplaces, full kitchens and laundry, and Main Street is about a mile away.

Marriott’s Summit Watch is at the base of historic Main Street, with shops and restaurants outside the door and the Town Lift to Park City Mountain a few steps away. It has a heated indoor-outdoor pool, and villas have a fireplace, a full kitchen and laundry.

Free Park City Transit buses run to Main Street, Deer Valley and Kimball Junction. Neither resort charges a resort fee.

Every stay is rented directly from an owner of the week. You don’t need a membership. One scowt handles your booking from your first question to check-in. Owners hold a villa type, such as a two-bedroom, not a set villa, so the resort assigns your villa when you arrive.

When to go

Winter, December to March, is for skiing and snowboarding. Summer, June to August, brings hiking, mountain biking and outdoor festivals.

In the busiest weeks, stays run 7 nights, weekend to weekend. Outside them, with enough notice, the minimum is 4 nights and check-in days are flexible. Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM.

Questions about Utah

MountainSide or Summit Watch?

MountainSide if you want to ski from the door at the base of Park City Mountain. Summit Watch if you want Main Street outside, with the Town Lift a few steps away.

Is parking free at the Park City resorts?

At Summit Watch, self-parking in the underground garage is free. At MountainSide, one parking pass comes free with each villa, and more passes are $25 a night when space allows.

Can I pick my villa or the view?

No. Owners hold a villa type, such as a two-bedroom, not a set villa or view. The resort assigns your villa at check-in, so no one can promise a view or a floor.

Can I stay fewer than 7 nights?

Often, yes. In the busiest weeks, stays run 7 nights, weekend to weekend. Outside them, with enough notice, the minimum is 4 nights and check-in days are flexible. Tell your scowt your dates and we’ll check availability.
