No, the villa and property amenities are maintained and managed by the home resort. Any and all requests should be made with the resort guest services department prior to or during stay.

We represent owners at brand name timeshare resorts that manage their inventory in a similar way to their corresponding hotels. The owners have a right to a size unit/view category rather than a specific unit and, as such, all the villas share the same decor, floor-plan and amenities. However, if you do have a floor level or building preference the owner may make a request with the resort on your behalf.

Generally speaking, full payment is required for holiday and high-demand weeks such as Spring Break. A deposit of 50% is generally required for reservations made 8 months or later for many but not all weeks.

You may cancel, but a refund is not guaranteed and would be based on a successful sublet. If we are given sufficient notice there is a possibility to sublet high-demand weeks. Travelscowt highly recommends trip cancellation insurance.  After your booking we will follow up with trip cancellation insurance options.

Once we receive payment and fund the owner a resort guest confirmation form is issued by the resort and then forwarded to you.

Check or credit card via Paypal (add 3.4% handling fee, 4.4% international).

Just go to the resort page, fill in your dates to generate a rate quote. From there just fill in your information and we will contact you.
