For a family holiday, the superbly maintained resort offers a great range of activities. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and the staff friendly. However It took quite a few days to realise just what the resort offers -possibly as a result of the vastness of the place. Size wise we have never seen anything like it. Only in America.
We have used the Travelscowt team a few times now, and every time has been excellent! They are so easy to work with, and all stays have been great! We certainly will use the Travelscowt team again for our future vacations! The Marriott Newport Coast Villas themselves are great. The area is gorgeous, and the property is really top notch. Great pools (and many of them), great workout room, and the rooms are super nice (looks like they have just been remodeled). The beds are so comfortable, and the rooms are really quiet (a huge thing for us), soundproofing is excellent. The resort is very close to amazing beaches, there is a shuttle that will take you, we liked to drive to Laguna Beach, which is less than 10 minutes by car drive on the ocean! Grocery stores are nearby, and the entire area has amazing restaurants, shops, etc. This is the heart of high end SOCAL living. Went to Disneyland one day, literally took 25 minutes to get there as well! There is so much to do, and probably one of the nicest Marriott Vacation clubs we have stayed at, which is saying a lot.
